Standing Matsarubi
I be not here for you to wake
Gentle...Swift...Symbolic image
Stand there do I not for your sake
Pure... Soft... Starlight carriage
Pure only through my grave
Quick and crystal your diamond bow
Brief and slick, stand not I there,
if only did I then know,
the wish to stray or at least to say
Seem as it may of denial
Yet on I looked with pure dismay
Swift... Uplifting... Diamond flower
To my demise, I stand before
But flash again and there I lay
As still as night beyond the grave
And in my place... there you stood
And in my place... there you stood.
This can be interpreted as symbolizing the love a parent has for their child and their dying wish not to let their own inadequacies and filth corrupt them. But alas, they, being themselves corrupted, knowing they will only bring corruption onto their child, who eventually will take their place and repeat the cycle or corruption.
